In big companies, you produce hundreds of documents every day. It is impossible for anyone to upload all the documents one by one into InfoDoc. Also you may have to add Keywords to search for each document as well as you need to apply security to each document. There may be instances you have to create new folders for new customers and upload the documents in the newly created folders.

So InfoDoc introduces an additional Module called "InfoDoc Batchload-Archiver". This is a Windows Service installed on Windows operating system. It will keep monitoring look folders. As soon as something is dropped in the lookup folder, Batchload-Archiver will process the documents and publish in InfoDoc. The key advantage of using InfoDoc Batch Archiver is that, it process all the documents in seconds and creates any new folders necessary. Also update the security from the parent folders.

Batchload-Archiver can watch up to five lookup folders. This means, you can publish documents from five different sites or five different departments separately.

So InfoDoc introduces Email-Archiver as an additional module. Email-Archiver looks for email in POP3 mailbox for each InfoDoc user, and collects the mails and archives in designated folders. You have option to delete after collection or leave it for the user to collect. So user can easily navigate through the folders and find the email. Also Email-Archiver extracts the documents from attachments and stores them separately. They can be searched using various keywords as well as the content of the email.
