What are the operating system will InfoDoc
support? |

InfoDoc has been developed on the state of art
Microsoft .NET technology. It will work either on IIS 5.0 with Windows 2000
operating system or IIS 6.0 with Windows 2003 operating system. It needs .NET
framework 1.1 to be installed. |

Is there any client installation? |
| |
InfoDoc doesn't need any client software to be
installed. InfoDoc will work with any standard Web browsers It is designed work
more efficiently with IE 6.0 and above. So each time you upgrade any updates or
new versions, there is no need to install anything on users computers. If you
install InfoDoc on a server which can be exposed to internet, InfoDoc can be
used anywhere from the world, even from an Internet cafe. |

How secured if InfoDoc can be viewed from Internet Cafe? |

InfoDoc is highly secured as the user login
details are encrypted. So it is not possible to break and login to the system.
If you need even further security, you can apply 128 bit SSL certificate to
webserver. |

Does InfoDoc require any database? |

InfoDoc works with Microsoft SQL Server.
Though InfoDoc works fine with MSDE, there are many limitations. It is ideal to
use MS SQL 2000 or MS SQL 2005. An MSSQL Express edition is not recommended. |

Is there any client training required? |

InfoDoc is designed to work very closely with
Windows technologies. There are folder structures similar to Windows Explorer.
Documents are listed by pages similar to any search engine page results. |

How long will it take to Install InfoDoc and setup the
minimum requirements? |

InfoDoc comes with Installsheild installer. It
is very simple to install InfoDoc application in any webserver. There are user
manuals and online context sensitive help available within the application. So
System Administrator or any other users can easily refer the help files and
sort out any problems which come across. |

What is the licence Model? |

InfoDoc works based concurrence licence
module. You can create any number of users within InfoDoc but only limited
number of users can login at a particular moment based on their purchased
licence. But if you need further licences you can buy and update the total

What are the files types can I store in InfoDoc? |

InfoDoc by default supports any kind of knows windows file
types. If there any file type is not registered in InfoDoc, you can add the new
file type as a System Administrator. You can add any number of file type as you
need. |

Is there any limitation on storing folders and documents? |
| |
You can store millions of documents in InfoDoc. There is no
limitation on the total number of folders or total number of documents that can
be stored in InfoDoc. |
