InfoDoc is licensed based on number of users. InfoDoc works under concurrence licensing module. For example if your company has 100 users, you don't need to buy 100 user licences. You can buy 20 user licences and allocate the priority to different user groups. Each user group can share a number of user licences. So you have the benefit of buying only 20 users licences but having the ability to use up to 100 to 200 users depending on your user traffic.
